Deposits must be made in full within 7 days from the date the reservation is made or the reservation will be cancelled. Reservations made within 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full with cash or credit card.
Holiday reservations require a 3 night minimum stay. (Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day Weekends.)
4th of July reservation require a 4 night minimum.
Personal Checks for deposits will be accepted only when reservations are made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
More than 10 days notice: Full refund (minus $25 service charge).
10 days or less notice: No refund or credit.
Check In Time
Check in is Daily after 1:30 pm.
Early check in (before 1:30 pm) will be charged a $5 per hour fee.
Late check in (after office closes) will be charged a $5 per hour fee.
Check Out Time
1:00 pm: Monday through Saturday
6:00 pm: Sunday on Non-Holiday Weekends*
6:00 pm: Monday on Holiday Weekends*
*6:00 pm Check out is applicable ONLY if your site is available. If your site is rented, you must leave the site by 1 pm. You are welcome to park your unit elsewhere and still enjoy our facilities.
