The Campground Owners do not in any way want to stop our campers from enjoying themselves.  We feel that these rules and regulations are for your protection, both riders and non-riders.  Please remember, there are people here that don't ride and the riders shouldn't infringe on their rights.

1. This privilege is for YEAR ROUND CAMPERS ONLY.  Visitors can ride as passengers only, provided the machine is designed for a passenger.

2. Riders and passengers ride at their own risk.

3. All Golf Carts shall be operated at maximum of 5 mph.

4. No one shall operate Golf carts while intoxicated or under the influence of Drugs.

5. ABSOLUTELY No Riding Through Sites.

6. Golf Carts must have a light on at Dusk and Night.

7. No loud mufflers; Lights & Brakes must be in working order.

8. No visitors to be driving any Golf Carts.

9. All Golf Carts must have your site number on them (2" or larger letters)

10. Time of operation for gas powered Golf Carts are 8:00 am until 11:00 pm for Adults.  Electric Golf Carts may be used any time.

11. Golf Carts: Anyone under the age of 18 is only allowed one Passenger.

12. The 200 section is off limits except for the campground staff.

13. The Golf Cart rules and regulations will be enforced by the campground staff and qualified fish and game department.

14. No machine to be operated until insurance binder is turned into security.

15. Any Golf Carts without insurance binders will remain off the grounds and on their trailer until submitted.

Offenses

1st & 2nd Offenses

The operator will be prohibited from operating any machine for two full weekends that the violator is here, including during the week.

The Machine will be parked for a period of 7 days.

3rd Offense

The operator will be prohibited from operating any machine for one (1) year.

The machine will be parked for a period of 30 days.

4th Offense
