Rules and Regulations |

The
Campground Owners do not in any way want to
stop our campers from enjoying themselves. We
feel that these rules and regulations are for
your protection, both riders and non-riders. Please
remember, there are people here that don't
ride and the riders shouldn't infringe on their
rights.

This
privilege is for YEAR ROUND CAMPERS ONLY. Visitors
can ride as passengers only, provided the
machine is designed for a passenger.

OHRV
riders and passengers ride at their own
risk.
-
Snowmobiles
are only allowed to be operated if there
is a minimum of 6" of packed snow
on the grounds.
-
All
OHRV's shall be operated at maximum of
5 mph.
-
No
one shall operate the OHRV while intoxicated
or under the influence of Drugs.
-
All
OHRV Riders and passengers under 18 years
of age shall wear helmets & eye protection
at all times.
-
ABSOLUTELY
No Riding Through Sites.
-
When
riding on trails, stay on the trails only.
-
OHRV's
must have a light on (Day or Night)
-
All
Golf Carts must have your site number on
them (2" or larger letters)
-
No
loud mufflers; Lights & Brakes must
be in working order.
-
Time
of operation for OHRV's are as follows:
8:00 am until 11:00 pm.

Anybody
operating any OHRV must have a valid driver's
license or an OHRV safety certificate.

No
visitors to be driving any OHRV.

No
one under the age of 21 shall be permitted
to carry passengers
-
The
200 section is off limits to all OHRV vehicles
including snowmobiles.

The
OHRV rules and regulations will be enforced
by the campground staff and qualified fish
and game department.

No
machine to be operated until insurance
binder is turned into office.
-
Any
snowmobiles without insurance will remain
off the grounds and on their trailer until
submitted.
Offenses
1st & 2nd
Offenses
The
operator will be prohibited from operating
any machine for two full weekends that the
violator is here, including during the week.
The
Machine will be parked for a period of 7 days.
3rd
Offense
The
operator will be prohibited from operating
any machine for one (1) year.
The
machine will be parked for a period of 30 days.
4th
Offense
If
the machine is involved in a fourth offense,
the machine will be taken off the campground
for one (1) year.
